Peter is a native of Philadelphia and currently resides in Manhattan.
He has always been enthusiastic about helping others achieve their financial goals.
Growing up with two parents in the financial services industry, he was taught the importance of financial literacy at a young age, and has prioritized the core pillars of budgeting, retirement saving, and investing since the start of his career.
Peter has over five years experience in the financial industry with a background in insurance. He currently works in investment banking as a Vice President at Nomura, where he focuses on providing structured financing and capital solutions for life insurance companies.
Three key components of Peter’s job are (1) understanding clients’ needs, (2) analyzing numerical data to make informed decisions, and (3) explaining complex subjects in a simplified and easily digestible form. These skills translate perfectly to helping others with their personal finances, and Peter is pleased to have the opportunity to do so.
PASSION FOR HELPING OTHERS
Peter understands that at first glance, personal finance can seem extremely daunting and too scary to openly discuss with peers. However, with the proper guidance and education, anyone will soon realize that this notion is a complete myth.
Learning the fundamentals of personal finance can be rather simple, and a lot of the fears around it stem from the fact that it is rarely taught in a clear manner. Peter is passionate about dispelling these fears because once someone better understands their finances, it can create countless opportunities, build lifelong stability, and instill confidence.
