Aaron Chun

Aaron puts his energy into understanding, managing, and explaining complex matters in the simplest terms possible. He believes that achieving simplicity in matters of money and personal finance, takes a lot of work, but is often the most elegant, efficient, and profitable choice.

Aaron worked for three decades in the telecommunications industry and for various startup software companies, primarily serving in project management roles.

He applied his professional training and organizational focus on many personal finance matters covered in the Money 101 Education program. These have included:

  • Foundation: Navigating the many decisions involved with employment tax forms, employee benefit programs, household budgeting, and personal credit.
  • Investment: Managing an investment portfolio for several decades.
  • Taxation: Working with estate planning attorneys and certified public accountants on complex estate tax matters that affected family members spanning three generations.
  • Real Estate: Managing a residential rental property for two decades.
  • Money and Life Cycles: Managing a multi-member limited liability company holding real estate interests.

Aaron is enthusiastic about helping others understand the fundamentals of personal finance and take positive action. He wants to help reduce the fear and doubt these matters often cause and help them feel the satisfaction of getting organized, making informed decisions, and seeing progress in their financial lives.
