I took her Money 101 Real Estate course through the NYC Score program, and not only was the content amazing, but Diane took the time to respond to all of our questions. She didn’t just provide answers but helped us to think critically about every part of a real estate transaction and the variables to consider and challenged us to think about our goals. 		Let me just say, WOW! There is so much to know about your money. This is the stuff they don’t teach you in school. Diane is an amazing resource and holds you accountable to learn. From basic things you should know about your own paycheck to the many diverse things you do and should be doing with that paycheck. And if you own a business, you need to take her classes. I can’t say it loud enough, just how much I’ve learned and how valuable these lessons have been. Diane is AMAZING!!!
		Money 101 has helped me get over my fear of all things financial. I have always felt intimidated by tax documents, banking, mortgages, and investing. Diane’s class helped me feel more confident about money matters and understand (really for the first time!) my pay stub, tax return, and budgeting basics. With humor, enthusiasm, and patience, Diane demystified the nuts and bolts of personal finance. The small group (all women!) format, the practical assignments and homework, the calling on us to keep us on our toes, and her answering of all questions (no matter how basic) really empowered me to be more aware of proactive about my own finances.  I took investment class with Diane, and it was my best investment of this year.

		Diane’s classes helped me to build my personal finance foundation for sure and for lifetime. I wish I could have met her when I was 20 years old or before I start my business. If not taking the classes, I wouldn’t even know I was making huge mistakes in the personal finance. Now I see much more clear view about what to do and when to do and how to do!
